The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.42 per cent at Rs 49.78 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.02 per cent to Rs 45.18 crore from Rs 39.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2650.00 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.43 per cent to Rs 4.59 crore as against Rs 4.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.10 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 2.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.84 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.33 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.60 crore).
