The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.91 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 94.43 per cent at Rs 51.62 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 117.49 per cent to Rs 44.89 crore from Rs 20.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 8200.00 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 14.07 per cent to Rs 6.73 crore as against Rs 5.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.37 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 116.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
