The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.46 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.75 per cent at Rs 51.07 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.69 per cent to Rs 46.63 crore from Rs 61.92 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 7.14 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 35.28 per cent to Rs 4.44 crore as against Rs 6.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.83 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 52.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 107.69 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
