Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our earlier intimation dated 08th August, 2025, we hereby inform you that the Strategic Marketing Partnership Agreement dated 08th August, 2025 entered into with RDX Digital Technologies, a sole proprietorship based in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu has been terminated with effect from 17th February, 2026.
