This is in reference to our earlier intimation dated 18th February 2026 submitted under Reg 29 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 whereby we had informed about the meeting of Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 24th Feb 2026. In continuation of the aforesaid intimation, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in the said meeting scheduled on 24th Feb 2026 shall also consider and transact the annexed additional items of business, apart from the items already intimated.
