This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated December 20, 2025 regarding the setting up of the new Multilayer Board Plant (Unit VI) at Dahej, Gujarat.Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received approvals from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for: Effluent disposal of 2,000 KLPD (2.0 MLD) through the GIDC pipeline; and Water assurance aggregating 4,000 KLPD (4.0 MLD) comprising 2,600 KLPD Narmada Water and 1,400 KLPD Desalination Water.Pursuant to the above approvals, the Company is required to pay approximately ₹4.92 crore as advance towards capital contribution and related charges as per prevailing GIDC policy.These approvals represent a key milestone in the infrastructure readiness of Unit VI and ensure availability of essential utilities for the project. There is no adverse impact on the Company s existing operations.Further updates shall be disclosed as and when material.
