Aluminium futures declined on Tuesday, with prices falling Rs 3 to Rs 335.85 per kilogram as traders reduced their positions amid a subdued trend in the physical market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for April delivery dropped Rs 3, or 0.89 per cent, to Rs 335.85 per kg, with a trading volume of 94 lots.
Market analysts said aluminium prices remained under pressure as participants cut positions due to weaker demand from consuming industries.
