The Board of Directors of the company vide its Resolution passed by Circulation on 10 March 2026, up on recommendation of audit committee, has approved the appointment of A D V & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the company, to fil the casual vacancy arising due to merger of existing statutory auditor's firm. subject to approval of the members of the company, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act,2013 and rules made thereunder.
