Embassy Developments Sells Over 500 Units of Embassy Verde Phase II, Clocks Rs 495 Crore in 4 Days

Embassy Developments Limited has sold more than 500 residential units in Embassy Verde Phase II, part of its integrated township project Embassy Springs in North Bengaluru, achieving a topline of around Rs 495 crore within four days of launch.

The project is strategically located near Kempegowda International Airport and benefits from Embassy Springs’ planned ecosystem that includes landscaped open spaces, social infrastructure, and strong connectivity. The township also houses Embassy Academy, a CBSE-affiliated school located within the development.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential at Embassy Developments, said the strong response highlights sustained demand for integrated township living in Bengaluru, where homebuyers increasingly prefer secure communities offering open spaces, lifestyle amenities, and everyday convenience within a managed environment.

North Bengaluru continues to remain a key strategic focus for the company. Embassy Developments has already launched projects worth around Rs 4,300 crore in gross development value (GDV) in the region during FY26 and plans to introduce additional phases and projects with an estimated GDV of nearly Rs 12,500 crore, strengthening its presence in the fast-growing micro-market.

Embassy Verde Phase II Highlights

Embassy Verde Phase II offers a total saleable area of approximately 7.38 lakh square feet and comprises 702 residential units. The project caters to a wide range of buyers, from young professionals to growing families, offering 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. Unit sizes range from 601 sq ft to 1,344 sq ft and are designed to maximise space utilisation, natural lighting, and functionality.
