Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that our Company has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Kerwa Coal Limited (KCL) as Mine developer & Operator along with lead bid member M/s. Nuravi Imports and Exports Private Limited (Nuravi), for a period of twenty years from the date of execution of agreement and may be extended for another period of five years at the sole discretion of KCL, pursuant to non fulfilment of obligations by the first (H1) bidder. Our Company and Nuravi are in consortium of joint bidding for the said award with rights, obligations & profit-sharing ratio of 49% and 51% respectively. The award has been granted to the Company along with the lead bid member as the next eligible bidder in the process (H2) bidder.
