April 15, 2026, will not be the record date, the revised record date shall be fixed in the upcoming Monitoring Committee Meeting to be held on April 15, 2026, and accordingly it will be intimated to the stock exchange vide outcome of the meeting.\r\n2. The record date to be fixed in the Monitoring Committee Meeting schedule to be held on April 15, 2026, shall be in compliance with the regulation i.e., with the minimum gap of at least seven working days from the date of the Monitoring Committee Meeting.
