The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.07 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.49 per cent at Rs 188.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 160.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.54 per cent to Rs 171.03 crore from Rs 133.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 226.97 per cent at Rs 2.91 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.89 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 36.77 per cent to Rs 17.13 crore as against Rs 27.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.22 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 20.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 55.97 per cent at Rs 2.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.77 crore).
