Krystal Integrated Services Ltd has secured a contract from the Directorate of Medical Education and Research Maharashtra for rooftop solar PV installations across government hospitals and medical colleges in the state.
The contract, awarded to Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV Private Limited (an associate entity), involves design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, synchronizing, and long-term operations and maintenance of grid-connected rooftop solar systems.
The project will be executed under the Built-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model, with a tenure of 25 years. Krystal holds a 49% stake in the associate company executing the project.
Valued at approximately Rs 138 crore, the contract is part of routine business operations and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The project aims to enhance renewable energy adoption across public healthcare infrastructure in Maharashtra.
