The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 92.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 115.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.92 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.56 per cent at Rs 444.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 433.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.94 per cent to Rs 305.48 crore from Rs 293.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 5.72 per cent at Rs 23.39 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 24.81 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.34 per cent to Rs 139.02 crore as against Rs 139.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.83 per cent in March quarter.
Taxation increased by 126.93 per cent at Rs 21.74 crore (Mar'25 Rs 9.58 crore).
