The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.33 per cent at Rs 22.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.91 per cent to Rs 20.60 crore from Rs 14.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 93.75 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.16 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.72 per cent to Rs 2.28 crore as against Rs 2.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.49 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 29.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.20 crore).
