The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.06 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3433.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.67 per cent at Rs 41.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.85 per cent to Rs 40.70 crore from Rs 33.96 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1446.15 per cent at Rs 2.01 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.13 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 52.34 per cent to Rs 0.51 crore as against Rs 1.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.34 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 5.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 475.00 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.04 crore).
