The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.65 crore compared to net loss of Rs 4.96 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.14 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.33 per cent to Rs 2.87 crore from Rs 3.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 127.34 per cent at Rs 3.16 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.39 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 20.59 per cent to Rs -1.35 crore as against Rs -1.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.31 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 240.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 5100.00 per cent at Rs -1.04 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.02 crore).
