The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 110.91 per cent at Rs 14.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 363.85 per cent to Rs 13.73 crore from Rs 2.96 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 71.78 per cent to Rs 1.16 crore as against Rs 4.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 86.57 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 15.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 429.17 per cent at Rs -0.79 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.24 crore).
