The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.46 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.75 per cent at Rs 21.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 57.31 per cent to Rs 20.67 crore from Rs 13.14 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 63.64 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 41.28 per cent to Rs 0.64 crore as against Rs 1.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 60.89 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 5.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.54 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.26 crore).
