The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.92 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.53 per cent at Rs 39.19 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.87 per cent to Rs 34.86 crore from Rs 34.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 46.15 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.13 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 44.63 per cent to Rs 4.33 crore as against Rs 7.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.05 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.78 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.26 crore).
