We refer to the disclosure of the Company dated May 30, 2026, seeking extension of time for the submission of Audited Financial Results till June 15, 2026.\r\n\r\nAs has been informed the Company has been facing unprecedented employee attrition in critical positions due to financial difficulties and the Company is still working on the Finalization of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026.\r\n\r\nIn view of the above, the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026, shall be submitted on or before June 30, 2026.
