We wish to inform you that the shareholders approval through Postal Ballot dt 28/05/2026 vide special resolution have agreed to alter the main object clause in MOA. Accordingly the MCA vide its letter dt. 07/07/2026 has approved the alteration in main object clause of the MOA.
