Mr. K.V. Chalapathi Reddy, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel is retiring from the services of the Company upon attaining the age of Superannuation/ retirement, in accordance with the terms of his employment with effect from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026.
