Excel Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting - Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure \r\nRequirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and \r\napprove Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. \r\nIn continuation of our letter dated 26th June, 2026, for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to \r\nremain closed till 15th August, 2026 pursuant to the Company's \Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. \r\nThe Trading Window shall re-open on 16th August, 2026. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable are advised not to trade in the Company's securities during the period of closure of the Trading Window. \r\nThe trading window will however be open for general investors.
