The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 41.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.80 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.01 per cent at Rs 82.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.02 per cent to Rs 14.99 crore from Rs 12.92 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 20.30 per cent at Rs 6.36 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 7.98 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.71 per cent to Rs 67.03 crore as against Rs 53.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.38 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation increased by 23.42 per cent at Rs 17.55 crore (Jun'25 Rs 14.22 crore).
