The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.37 per cent at Rs 182.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.23 per cent to Rs 165.43 crore from Rs 137.59 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 218.75 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.16 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 11.66 per cent to Rs 17.14 crore as against Rs 15.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.47 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 3.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.26 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.92 crore).
