The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 100.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.49 per cent at Rs 29.23 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.49 per cent to Rs 29.03 crore from Rs 23.32 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 25.00 per cent to Rs 0.20 crore as against Rs 0.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.52 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.02 crore).
