We wish to inform you that Rashi Peripherals Limited (\the Company\) has completed the transaction under the Business Transfer Agreement (\BTA\) dated August 31, 2026 entered into between Rashi Peripherals Limited (\Seller\) and Rashi Semiconductor Solutions Private Limited (\Purchaser\).
