Madras Fertilizers Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation of Book Closure for 60th AGM'. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of M/s. Madras Fertilizers Limited (the Company ) will remain closed from Friday, September 18, 2026 till Thursday, September 24, 2026 (inclusive of both days) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Please note that Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date (i.e. Thursday, September 17, 2026) shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting before the AGM or e-voting during the AGM.
