The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23rd Sept., 26 to 30th Sept., 2026 (both days inclusive) of the purpose of AGM. Further the Company has fixed 23rd Sept., 2026 as the Cut-off date for reckoning the voting rights of the members.
