Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty continued to trade higher on Wednesday, tracking a sharp decline in crude oil prices and a positive trend in Asian markets, amid hopes of de-escalation in the West Asia war.

At 10:45 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 75482.46 up by 1414.01 points or by 1.91 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23314.95 up by 402.55 points or by 1.76 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 75528.43 and intraday low of 74550.47 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23324.95 and intraday low of 23063.2

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Trent Ltd. (Rs. 3506.50,+4.18%), Titan Company Ltd. (Rs. 4048.70,+3.77%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 3138.10,+3.48%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (Rs. 879.50,+3.47%), UltraTech Cement Ltd. (Rs. 11133.00,+3.46%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1422.95,-0.69%), among others.
