Consolidated Account Statement

You can now access your Consolidated Account Statement on CDSL website. Please follow the steps given below –

Step 1 – Visit CDSL website by clicking on this link .
A page with visual appearance as below will open up.

CDSL CAS/Declare Bonafide login page with fields for PAN, BO ID, date of birth, a reCAPTCHA checkbox, and a Submit button.

Step 2 – Enter your PAN card details, BO ID (Beneficiary owner identification) number. It is the demat account number allotted to the beneficiary holders by DP. In case of CDSL it is a 16 digit number. Then enter your date of birth and click on Submit.

Step 3 – By clicking on submit automatically a one time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and press submit.

Step 4 – You can select the year and month on search to download the e-CAS through the CDSL statement. The e-CAS statement is password protected and to open the same you will need to enter your PAN details in capital letters.

Process of status change Individual to NRO

In case of change of status from Individual Resident to NRI proof of residential status i.e. Passport which indicates the change of residential status, Resident Visa/ Work Permit/ Employment Visa/ Current Visa or any other type of visa
Bank modification form with preprinted cancelled cheque, along with address modification whose necessary self-certified supporting documents.
KRA form duly filled.
C-KYC (File attached – CKYC Form)
Modification form filled and signed.
FATCA form duly filled and signed. (File attached – FATCA declaration)
In case of change of status from Resident to Non-resident, documents as required for opening a NRI account will be required to be obtained. Further DPs will be also required to obtain, a declaration duly signed by the NRI that he/she has complied with and will continue to comply with, FEMA regulations and other applicable laws.
FEMA Declaration Note: All supporting documents should be self-certified required and attached all necessary forms for your ready reference.

Process of status change from NRO to Individual

FEMA Declaration copy
In case of change of status from NRI-non re-patriabale to Individual Resident proof of residential status i.e. Passport which indicates the change of residential status.
Bank modification form with preprinted cancelled cheque, along with address modification whose necessary self-certified supporting documents.
KRA form duly filled
C-KYC

Standard operating process for transmission process

Transmission Request Form (TRF) duly filled in and signed by the surviving joint holder(s).
Client Master List (CML) of the surviving holder's demat account, duly stamped and signed by the counter DP (required when the securities are to be transferred to an account held with another DP).
Death Certificate of the deceased holder, either the original or a photocopy attested by a Notary Public.
Demise Notifier.
Account Closure Form for the deceased holder's joint account, if the account is to be closed after transmission.
Cheque for outstanding balances, if any.

Note: Demise holder Pan & Aadhar card duly signed by surviving holder / legal heir.

Transmission Request Form (TRF) for a sole holder, duly filled in and signed by the claimant (legal heir).
Client Master List (CML) of the legal heir's demat account, duly stamped and signed by the counter DP (required when the securities are to be transferred to an account held with another DP).
Death Certificate of the deceased holder, either the original or a photocopy attested by a Notary Public.
Affidavit cum No Objection on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/-, duly notarized.
Deed of Indemnity (Indemnity Bond) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/-, duly notarized.
Demise Notifier.
Account Closure Form for the deceased holder's demat account, to be submitted for closure after transmission.
Cheque for outstanding balances, if any.

Note: Demise holder Pan & Aadhar card duly signed by surviving holder / legal heir.

Transmission Request Form (TRF) for a sole holder, duly filled in and signed by the claimant (legal heir).
Client Master List (CML) of the legal heir's demat account, duly stamped and signed by the counter DP (required when the securities are to be transferred to an account held with another DP).
Death Certificate of the deceased holder, either the original or a photocopy attested by a Notary Public.
Proof of Relationship establishing the relationship between the claimant(s) and the deceased security holder (for example, a marriage certificate, birth certificate, or family relationship certificate).
Demise Notifier,
Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500, duly notarized.
Cheque for outstanding balances, if any.

Note: Demise holder Pan & Aadhar card duly signed by surviving holder / legal heir.

Transmission Request Form (TRF) for a sole holder, duly filled in and signed by the claimant (legal heir).
Client Master List (CML) of the legal heir's demat account, duly stamped and signed by the counter DP (required when the securities are to be transferred to an account held with another DP).
Death Certificate of the deceased holder, either the original or a photocopy attested by a Notary Public.
Demise Notifier
Any one of the following legal documents establishing the claimant's right to the securities:
- Succession Certificate
- Probate of Will
- Letter of Administration
- Court Decree
- Legal Heirship Certificate
Cheque for outstanding balances, if any.

Note: Demise holder Pan & Aadhar card duly signed by surviving holder / legal heir.

Process of Corporate name change and Authorized Signatory

Documents Required for Change of Company Name / Modification of Corporate Account address and change of Authorized signatories (addition and deletion):

1. Request letter from the company for change of name, duly signed by the authorized signatories.
2. Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC), reflecting the new company name and details of the directors.
3. MCA Form DIR-12.
4. Certified True Copy of the Board Resolution approving the change of company name, on the company's letterhead, along with details of the authorized signatories.
5. KRA Form for the corporate account, along with Individual KRA documents of all authorized signatories.
6. Copy of the new PAN Card of the company, duly self-certified by the Managing Director (MD) or Company Secretary.
7. Address proof of the company, duly certified by the MD or Company Secretary.
8. Cancelled cheque bearing the new company name.
9. Shareholding / Holding Pattern of the company.
10. List of authorized signatories.
11. UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) Declaration.
12. GST Registration Certificate. If GST is not allotted, a declaration to that effect is required.
13. New Memorandum of Association (MOA) and AOA, duly certified by the MD or Company Secretary.
14. Copies of the last two years' audited Balance Sheets.
15. Modification Form duly filled in and signed.
16. Director Identification Number (DIN) details of the directors.
17. MSME Registration Certificate. If MSME registration has not been allotted, a declaration to that effect is required.
18. Change of address-Certified true copy of Form No.18 filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) along with the ROC receipt showing the payment of fees. If applicable, then required
19. Amalgamation- Form no. 21 filed with the Registrar of Companies along with ROC receipt showing the payment of fees as generated from the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, if applicable, then required.
20.Last three years Balance sheet duly verified by MD/ Company Secretory.
